Employment Opportunities

We have a position to fill
Maybe it's the perfect job for you!
Media Production Technician (MPT)
We are in the process of upgrading our audio/visual equipment.  We need a qualified individual to operate the system during services and events.

The MPT has three primary areas of responsibility. The MPT:

1.  Creates media shows using PowerPoint, ProPresenter or other media software for services and special events. The MPT may also provide this support for funerals and weddings.
     a. Content for these productions is provided and may include announcements, worship songs and hymns, contemporary music, photographs, videos and sermon notes.
     b. Creating the media presentation may require collaboration with the minister, director of music, office administrator, communications officer and others as appropriate to understand their goals for the presentation.

2.  Troubleshoots and maintains all audio-visual (A-V) equipment.

3.  Operates all media and A-V equipment during services and special events.
We expect the MPT to work four to six hours per week - more at the beginning while familiarizing themselves with the system. We are open to job sharing if you have a partner who might like to alternate Sundays with you.

We have budgeted $5,000 a year for this position.

See the full job description below.

If you are interested in either of the MPT position please contact Rhonda Tees at: rjtees@hotmail.com
