Cultivating Body/Mind/Spirit Wellness through Stillness
Exploring Meditation as a Daily Holistic Practice
This retreat offers an introduction to a variety of types of meditation that can be integrated within your particular lifestyle, each with the objective of increasing holistic awareness of the self in relation to all else as we look for balance within the busyness or the slowing down of life, and the desire to create inner stillness and peace. Retreat activities will take place both outdoors and indoors on the Galilee property, weather permitting. The use of silence as a powerful tool in developing inner peace will be integrated throughout the agenda. No previous experience is necessary.
This retreat will be led by Judith Campbell, local author and wellness retreat facilitator.
Cost is $175.00 and includes private sleeping accommodation, meals and snacks, conference room and facilitator fee. Space is limited to twelve participants. Nine spots are now filled.

The Last Crossing
by Guy Vanderhaeghe
Date and time to be determined. Sessions usually run four to six weeks.
The upcoming session will feature Guy Vanderhaeghe’s “The Last Crossing”.
The book is largely set in frontier territories of the US – Canadian borderlands, at a time when worlds collided, were destroyed and built anew.
This sweeping epic novel of the search for a lost Englishman in the raw Indian territories of the U.S.-Canadian Western borderlands in the late 19th century was a Canadian bestseller and award-winner in 2002.
It’s a tale of breathtaking quests, adventurous detours, and hard- won redemption that takes the reader on a journey from Victorian England to the dusty whiskey trading posts of the nineteenth-century American and Canadian West. It’s an epic masterpiece founded on the author’s meticulous research and set in a time in Canada when worlds collided, were destroyed, and were built anew.
