We want our church to be a place for the community to worship, learn and play. What better way than to offer use of our building at very low rental rates.

Facilities
We have very affordable, comfortable spaces that are available for day and evening rental. Our facility is available for rent by individuals, families, clubs, businesses, community theatre groups and other organizations.
Dining Hall and Kitchen
Our accessible lower level features a big, renovated kitchen and dining hall with ten tables, and several serving tables. This space comfortably holds up to 100 people for a sit-down meal and 125 for a stand-up cocktail-type event. There is also an accessible washroom and large coat room on this level.
Sanctuary and Stewart Hall
Our sanctuary, flooded with light from beautiful stained glass windows, seats 165.
Access to the Church
You will be given a code to a lock box for access to the church. The lock box code will be in effect based on the time noted in your rental agreement. This should be discussed with our Office Administrator.
Alcohol
You are allowed to serve alcohol at your event if you:
Staffing
We provide a facilities manager who knows where everything is and can safely run equipment such as the industrial dishwasher. This individual also has contact information in case of equipment malfunction or emergencies.
Supplies
Chairs and tables are provided (Tables are 8’ long and 30” wide). They must remain in the building at all times.
Supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, liquid bathroom soap and garbage bags are supplied by St. Andrew’s.
Table linens are not provided.
Food
When you rent our kitchen and/or dining hall, you can bring your own food, hire a caterer or have us provide the food for you. Check out our catering menu for a wide variety of delicious options. If we cater your event the rental rates for the kitchen and dining hall are waived.

- provide proof of short-term event insurance including host liquor liability that adds St. Andrew’s United Church as an additional insured;
- guarantee that the alcohol is not sold to anyone on the premises or at the function;
- ensure that alcohol is only available and consumed in the dining hall and kitchen on the lower level; and
- remove all empties from the premises at the end of the event.
