Yoga at St. Andrew's
Class Description
Please join Ashley Kileen for a 4 week mini series focused on Hip strength and mobility. In our current culture we ask so much of our hips but rarely do we give them the focus and attention they deserve. In this series we’ll spend some time working with our hips to understand where they need to be strengthened and where we need to lengthen them out. A balance of strong Hatha postures and longer Yin poses will leave you feeling strong and mobile. Each class will be stand alone
but participating in all 4 is highly recommended.

Ashley Kileen's Bio
Ashley brings to her teaching an incredibly calm presence. When she rolls out her own mat and settles into a class it immediately calms and centers her. Ashley strives to bring that to all the classes she teaches. Ashley balances between not taking things too seriously and giving the practice the respect it deserves
- it’s all about balance.
You get from yoga what you need, not what you think you need.
Ashley gives her students a calm, comfortable space to allow them to experience their yoga - whatever that looks like for them.
Ashley cares about connection and supporting community.
She makes it one of her missions to build, value and nourish her community which is a thread you will feel in her classes.
